The Story

In 2013 Amanda lost her home in a devastating Colorado flood near Rocky Mountain National Park. That time of crisis quickly transformed every area of her life from relationships, to career, and family from failure to fortune.
After this strange turn of events, Amanda began her in-depth journey into learning more about exactly how this bizarre change of luck had happened.
“Directly after loosing everything I had, I met my future husband, began working in a new career, living in a better home, was surrounded by family (that had moved across the country to be with me), and gotten pregnant despite being told it wouldn’t be possible at almost 40 years old. Each week Amanda offers insight and tools to integrate the five methods described below into a single seamless Get To The Root session. Over the course of 8-weeks, clients learn how to tap into the modility with ease, often completing the process within minutes.
Feng Shui
Over the last decade, Amanda has become a known Classical Feng Shui Consultant. By applying the wisdom of the Ancient Chinese Wu Xing (5 Element Theory), clients can gain insights into their own energetic patterns, and recieve the knowledge to adjust self to achieve the greatest amount of luck.
The Five Personality Patterns
The Five Personality Pattern approach by Stephen Kessler opened yet another door to enlightment, by offering a way out of our the destructive patterns we use when we are at our worst.
Somatic Coaching
Pairing somatic coaching techniques learned from author Tanya Lynn, this technique is nothing short of revolutionary for reinventing the self by reframing our shadows and shame to fuel our victories in life.
Conscious Languaging
Amanda has facilitated Access Consciousness The Bars energetic bodywork classes. Access Consciousness techniques by Gary Douglas uses conscious languaging and concepts to invite in greater possibilites in life through choice and choosing, and by learning to reduce judgements.
Patriarchial Conditioning
By understanding the profound effect that generations of patriarchial messaging (aka judgements) has had upon all people in our culture, we can begin to identify origins of our limited beliefs. These limited beliefs are lies and the keys to what is actually true for us. For many of us, discovering the truth behind these lies is where we can become most empowered. It is our message and our medicine.

What To Expect
Clients participate in 8-weeks of one-on-one zoom sessions directly with Amanda. Clients practice leading self through the session, and leading Amanda to master the Getting To The Root method.
Clients recieve all the tools required to master the Get To The Root method. This includes:
- self-guided somatic-coaching scripts and worksheets.
- self-guided activities to self-coach throughout the week.
- lists of empowing statements to override generations of patriarchial conditioning.
- 5-Element Theory training and application.
- 5 Personality Pattern excercizes
- self-created clearing statements to activate greater luck.
- conscious languaging quick questions designed to create greater possibilities through the act of choosing when we need them most.

Self-Corrective Coaching
The Work
Choosing change requires practice. Clients recieve excercizes to complete weekly, and are required to journal and submit progress weekly. Weekly worksheet assignments require no more than 30 minutes but are an essential part of the program to continue to the next week.
